Helping The Policy Room articulate their offerings and build confidence in the digital space

Overview

The Policy Room approached us to help with bolstering brand awareness, refining their communication strategy and developing their website. With services in the complex realm of policy services, the challenge lay in communicating their offerings in a clear way. The client was also keen to up-skill in the digital marketing space.

Discover session

The project began with an in-depth discovery session aimed at reviewing the current marketing approach and setting clear goals for the next few months. Understanding the nuances of their offerings, identifying growth opportunities and crafting succinct messages for their website and social media platforms were our priorities. We also worked together to develop a three month social media content plan.

The website development

The client had existing brand assets, so our role was to seamlessly integrate them into a website context. It was crucial that the design was visually engaging, clearly presented services and created intuitive user pathways. Policy websites have a tendency to be dull, so our goal was defy this norm and make the Policy Room highly engaging, aligning with Salli's dynamic approach to policy education.

Mentoring

Post website launch, we kickstarted a tailored mentoring program spanning four months. These sessions were designed to be adaptable, catering to the changing needs of The Policy Room. From reflecting on the website launch to providing guidance on social media content strategy, our goal was to empower Salli and her team with the necessary digital marketing skills and build confidence.
