Michael brings technical know-how with a down-to-earth approach. A former university lecturer with deep digital experience, and a Territory business owner for over 20 years, he’s known for turning complex AI topics into easy-to-understand insights you can act on right away.

Karen Hawkes

Karen is a qualified adult educator who has led training programs across the NT. She knows what it’s like to juggle business needs with limited time and resources—and her workshops are designed to support learning that’s practical, inclusive and confidence-building.
