Territory Services App

The Northern Territory Government is developing the new Territory Services (TS) App, which will give Territorians secure, convenient access to digital services — including a digital driver licence/ proof of age card, and an easier way to manage interactions with government services.


Captovate has been engaged by the Department of Corporate and Digital Development to run a series of focus groups across the Territory. These sessions will help ensure the TS App is easy to use, accessible, and meets the needs of Territorians.


Focus groups will be held at 10.30am in:

  • Darwin — 22nd January 2026
  • Nhulunbuy — 19 February 2026
  • Alice Springs — 27 February 2026


Participants will be paid $100 for participation (excludes Government employees)



What to expect


Participants will be asked to share:


  • Experiences using current NT Government online or in-person services
  • Thoughts on digital identification and digital credentials
  • Barriers, challenges or opportunities relevant to your community, industry or region
  • Ideas that could improve accessibility, security and usability


Sessions are conversational, require no preparation, and are suitable for all levels of digital confidence.
