This project involved the development of a website and mobile app to support the Leaders’ Summit conference.
The core goal of the website was event promotion and registration. This involved the development of a complex registration form - fully customisable to meet the varied needs of different types of attendees, streamlining the registration process.
The custom mobile app acted as a digital companion for attendees, allowing for personalised agendas with RSVP and reminders. One of the other great features was networking, through in-app chat features, image sharing, public question forums and gamification.

Content support
For the 2024 conference, we’re updating the 2023 website with new branding from our graphic designer and providing content support to Department of Education staff.
Complex form development
The Leaders Summit Registration form captured essential details such as sector, region, dietary requirements, and payment information. It also included key permissions, such as media consent and identity confirmation for efficient event management.
