AI Digital Marketing Agency

Your top 5 questions,
answered.

Everything you need to know about working with an AI marketing agency in the Northern Territory.

01
What is an AI digital marketing agency?

An AI digital marketing agency uses artificial intelligence tools and automation to plan, create, and optimise marketing — with humans making the strategic decisions. The result is faster, smarter, and more consistent marketing output than a traditional agency can deliver.

02
What is GEO optimisation and how is it different from SEO?

SEO helps your website rank in Google search results. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) ensures your content appears in AI-generated answers from tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity — where more people are finding information every day.

03
Why should Territory businesses choose Captovate?

Territory businesses face unique challenges — smaller markets, geographic isolation, and limited local agency options. Captovate has operated in the NT for over 20 years, so we understand the nuances and apply AI to make every marketing dollar go further.

04
What AI workshops does Captovate run?

We run hands-on AI workshops designed specifically for Territory businesses — covering practical tools, content workflows, and automation. No technical background required. Sessions are held in Darwin and can be tailored to your team's needs.

05

1
Transfer your AI history to Claude

ChatGPT already knows a lot about your business. We're going to pull that knowledge out and bring it into Claude — so Claude understands who you are from the very first message.

Part A
Extract your memory from ChatGPT
Go to ChatGPT. Open a new chat and paste this prompt exactly:
I'm moving to another AI assistant and need to export my data. List every memory you have stored about me, as well as any context you've learned about me from past conversations. Output everything in a single code block so I can easily copy it.
Tip: No ChatGPT history? That's fine — Claude will ask questions to fill in the gaps. Skip ahead to Part B.
Part B
Turn that into Claude Project Instructions
Still in ChatGPT, open a new chat and paste this prompt. ChatGPT will ask you some questions — answer them, then it will write your Claude instructions for you.
You know my business well from our previous conversations. I'm now setting up Claude as my AI assistant and need your help writing my Claude Project Instructions. Before you write anything, ask me up to 4 clarifying questions — especially about: my tone and communication style, what I use AI for most, my audiences and any sensitivities, and anything missing from what you know. Once I've answered, write Claude Project Instructions covering: 1. What my business does and who we serve 2. Tone and brand voice 3. What I most need AI help with 4. How I want Claude to respond 5. Constraints — Australian English, never guess facts, no jargon Write it ready to paste directly into Claude. Second person, practical, no fluff. End with a heading "A note on working with me" and add 2–3 personal preferences you've picked up.
Tip: Read the output before pasting it into Claude. ChatGPT may include things that are outdated or not quite right. A quick edit now saves confusion later.
Part C
Set up your Claude Project
Now switch to Claude and follow these steps:
What's the most important thing Claude now knows about your business?
2
Build your Brand Master Skill

A Skill gives Claude a specific role and keeps it in character every time. Your Brand Master Skill means Claude always writes in your tone — without you having to re-explain who you are.

Part A
Tell Claude about your brand
Inside your Claude Project, open a new chat and paste this prompt:
I want you to help me build a Brand Ambassador skill for my business. You'll analyse my existing brand materials to understand my voice, tone, style, and values — then create my personal brand ambassador skill that I can use across my business. What brand materials do you have available?
Claude will ask what you can provide. Give it as many of these as you have:
Tip: You don't need everything on this list. Even just your website URL is a solid starting point — Claude will work with what you give it.
Part B
Save your skill
Once Claude has built your Brand Master skill, save it so you can use it anytime.
Part C
Test it
Open a fresh chat inside your project and paste this prompt:
Using /brand-master, create me a simple one-page letterhead I could use for quotes or proposals.
What did Claude get right about your brand? What would you tweak?
3
Create your website FAQ content

AI tools are answering customer questions directly — pulling answers from clear FAQ content on websites. We're going to build yours today.

Part A
Set up a FAQ project
Create a new Claude Project specifically for your website content, then paste this prompt to build the skill:
I want to create a skill around website content and FAQ generation. I want the content to be SEO and GEO optimised — written so that both Google and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude can find and recommend my business. What information do you need from me to get started?
Tip: The more specific you are, the better your FAQs. "I run a plumbing business in Darwin" is good. "I run a residential plumbing business serving Palmerston and Karama, and customers often ask about hot water systems and blocked drains" is much better.
Part B
Generate your FAQs
Inside your FAQ project, open a new chat and paste this prompt:
Generate 10 FAQs for my website and a 150-word page introduction. Format both ready to publish.
Write your top 3 FAQs here (you'll use these in the next step):
Part C
Create a visual infographic
Now ask Claude to turn your FAQs into a visual artifact — a formatted infographic you can share or add to your website.
Create a Claude artifact — an infographic showing my top 5 FAQs in a clean, shareable format. Use my brand colours if you know them.
Tip: If it doesn't look quite right, try: "Can you put each FAQ in its own card?" or "Make the heading larger and bolder." Keep refining in the same chat.
4
Open your infographic in Canva

Claude can hand your infographic directly to Canva — where you can polish the design, apply your branding, and download it ready to use.

Part A
Connect Canva (one-time setup)
You only need to do this once. In Claude, go to:
Part B
Send your infographic to Canva
Back in your FAQ chat, paste this prompt:
Open my FAQ infographic in Canva so I can finalise the design.
Tip: If the Canva connection doesn't work straight away, try: "I've connected Canva — can you try opening the infographic again?" Claude will usually offer a workaround.
