Creating a digital presence for Rodeo Promotions NT and driving sales through digital marketing

Overview

Rodeo NT, a leading rodeo organisation in the NT, approached us to help establish their online presence through the development of their first website. Previously, their ticket sales were routed directly to Ticketebo, bypassing a dedicated online platform that told their story.


Rodeo Promotions NT also wanted revamp their digital marketing strategy. Previously, their marketing efforts had been limited to boosting posts on social media platforms, and now they were looking for a more targeted strategy.

The approach

Our goal was to make Rodeo NT's website visually rich, leveraging their stunning imagery and strong branding to create an immersive digital experience. Our goal was to draw visitors in from the get-go with visuals that truly showcase the spirit of rodeo.


Once the website was live, we shifted gears into digital marketing. We tapped into Rodeo NT's extensive email list, tailoring personalised campaigns to target people who had previously been to rodeos. 


From this audience, we were also able to create what we call a lookalike audience. This is a targeting option that gives us the ability to reach new potential customers who share similar traits and characteristics to existing audience group.


Excitingly, this approach generated strong results, leading to sold out events for Rode NT.
