Michael has over 13 years experience in digital communications. He has extensive experience in managing large complex web projects, specialising in web usability and information architecture.

He has been instrumental in driving integrated digital strategies for many major organisations, including Charles Darwin University, Darwin City Council, and the Northern Territory Government.

He's also the big cheese around here, and not a bad boss really!

Karen has 8 years experience in managing multimedia and education projects, along with post-graduate qualifications in IT project management.

Karen supports clients to identify their needs, coordinating information flow and managing project milestones to ensure the process is stress-free and within designated timelines.

The newest member of the Captovate team is Business Development Manager and Social Media guru, Sharon Hoops. Sharon brings strong experience and (more importantly) a natural zeal for digital marketing and communications to the team, and has paved her way as a Social Media leader in the Northern Territory through her work with Darwin International and Alice Springs Airports. Here, she created a loyal following through Facebook and Twitter which have contributed to the brand and improved public communication pathways dramatically.

Sharon has the unique talent of being able to work through the whole life cycle of a digital communications strategy, from planning and policy development down to the implementation and day to day management of campaigns on the ground.

Tuan Nguyen has been designing and developing websites for over 10 years. He has been recognised for his exceptional visual and concept problem solving skills. He brings a high-level of design sensibility with the ability to produce and direct a variety of creative on-target solutions to any given problem.

From interactive media to traditional graphic design, Tuan can bring the innovation and expertise needed for successful visual communications.

Digital Media Designer/Developer Emma Blake brings over ten years experience in multimedia design both in Australia and overseas to her role in the Captovate team. She has a superb knack for bringing communications to life on screen with interactivity and creative visual techniques across all kinds of digital media.

But Emma's talents don't stop there, she's got history in traditional graphic design and marketing, which means she pulls fully integrated online and offline campaigns together beautifully.

Heather Sweeting has a marketing and communications background and has experience in web communications, public relations and strategy development. She brings to Captovate a keen eye for detail and extraordinary wordsmith skills, teamed with a talent and enthusiasm for Online Marketing, Social Media and SEO. Heather has an advanced level of knowledge and experience with information architecture and website analysis.

Richard Cordova has six years experience in building software solutions in commercial environments. He has designed and delivered successful projects on many web-based, desktop and mobile platforms. Richard has a sound knowledge of web standards and accessibility guidelines, and a strong focus on deploying solutions that exceed customer expections.

He enjoys combining innovative technology with practical problem solving skills to create solutions that are both simple to use and highly functional.

Juhani has an extensive background in developing commercial web applications and web development has always been his number one passion. His aim is to find and utilize the most efficient solutions to customers' requirements.

The work he does is always completed in a way that he can be proud to call it his own.

Based in Alice Springs, Wendy brings years of experience to Captovate in the fields of interpretive design, content development, management, and in particular instructional design.

In Wendy's roles as Instructional Designer or Professional Learning Consultant, she ensures that the most relevant and informed learning theories and strategies are employed to achieve learning outcomes.

Rachel's friendly voice will generally be the first you hear when you call Captovate. Rachel's an aspiring designer extraordinaire, in between administration management and looking after our clients, she's soaking up all the knowledge and experience she can get about the industry and web design process.

Rachel's a key part of our production team with customer support and content updates.

Karen Melville is our number cruncher and ensures we get paid which is very important!

Karen's finance experience spans over 15 years working with many well known Darwin companies. P&L's and Balance Sheets are her passion and her head for numbers and eye for detail is what keeps the Captovate engine running.
